Junction’s Website implements a system for the collection and processing of personal data that are shared as and when the user accesses it.

Data Controller And Data Protection Officer

Personal data processed in relation to the junction-law.com website is included on the list of processing operations carried out by the Data Protection Officer of JUNCTION.

The Data Controller is JUNCTION, Réseau d'Avocats, authorised and regulated by the Paris Bar Association, whose office is at 45 rue Raffet, 75016 Paris.

Data Recipients

Junction’s members are the recipients of your personal data.

These personal data will not be communicated to third parties except to external technical service providers who act to disseminate the Site contents. It is Junction's policy to ask these external service providers to process personal data in accordance with Junction's privacy and security undertakings.

Place

The Data is processed at the Owner's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located.

Retention Time

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Owner and the User shall be retained until such contract has been fully performed.
  • Personal Data collected for the purposes of the Owner’s legitimate interests shall be retained as long as needed to fulfill such purposes. The Owner may be allowed to retain Personal Data for a longer period whenever the User has given consent to such processing, as long as such consent is not withdrawn. Junction shall ensure the security of your personal data by implementing enhanced data protection through the use of physical and logical security measures.

Junction has implemented a policy to protect personal data against loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. Any Junction member who accesses this information is informed of its confidential nature. In addition, Junction ensures that its technical service providers who may have access to personal data abide by the same obligation of confidentiality.
